I’d hate to say this is a page of rants but… I hope it’s more. I hope it’s honest. I hope it explains a different perspective. I hope it mirrors your own.
For years I’ve hidden in the shadows, sat behind walls, and generally denied my voice. I’ve been exactly what I need to be to make everyone happy. Everyone except me. Maybe you have to. That all changes here.
So much of this is a free write. Sometimes the words come so quickly, I don’t even know I’m thinking them. Sometimes it’s so honest, I had no idea I felt that way. In so many ways, this is my education about myself as I step out from behind the curtain and into my individuality and my authenticity.
Some days I might be philosophical, some days wise, some days totally childish, others mature, hopefully at least once a little prophetic, but I hope on all days to show up here with passion. I hope my words serve a purpose. I hope they inspire you to find yourself and your voice away from all the people and pressures that surround you. I hope you realize that not matter what, you’re not alone.
